Ronnie Schwartz is a seasoned commercial real estate developer and entrepreneur with more than 45 years of experience leading large‑scale development, construction, and investment operations across the Western United States. Since beginning his career in 1978, he has established a strong record of successfully delivering high‑quality projects across multiple asset classes, supported by disciplined financial management and consistent execution.

In 1980, Mr. Schwartz founded Homestead Building Company, a full‑service general contracting, development, and property management firm. Under his leadership, the company contributed to the construction of more than 500 buildings, including retail, office, medical, assisted‑care, residential, and storage facilities throughout the region. His development efforts have collectively generated more than $3 billion in commercial asset value, reflecting a long-standing ability to identify, entitle, develop, and stabilize successful real estate projects.

Mr. Schwartz has also been an active entrepreneur across complementary industries. He co‑founded US Tel in 1992, a Los Angeles–based telecommunications company that went public prior to a successful sale three years later. In 1994, he co‑founded Great American Management Group, a Las Vegas–based commercial development company responsible for numerous successful retail and mixed‑use assets. He is also the founder of RS Investments, through which he continues to lead acquisition, development, and asset‑management initiatives.
