Haskel Iny, beginning in 1978, established Haskel Properties, Inc., which finalized real estate investment transactions in Beverly Hills, CA; helped co-found Homestead Group Association in 1980, a real estate development company; co-founded US Tel in Los Angeles in 1992, a long distance telephone company that become publicly traded two years later; and co-founded Great American Management Group in 1984, a large, highly successful development, investment and property management group headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.

Haskel began his 40-year commercial real estate development career with Homestead Capital Group, once named 7th largest residential builder in Southern California, per the LA times. Haskel, as a principal owner and founder, has developed over $3,000,000,000 in total commercial asset value. He and his companies have built over 350 new buildings, which include retail plazas, office buildings, medical buildings, assisted care facilities, single family homes, apartments, and storage facilities throughout the West Coast.

Haskel was one of the founding members of Bank of Nevada, now known as the Valley Bank, actively supporting various organizations bettering society and business/community partnerships. Haskel continues to be an active and dynamic board member of the Sole Rebel Foundation, Hebrew Academy of Las Vegas, and Goodwill of Southern Nevada, all a Not for Profit.
