Ronnie Schwartz began his commercial real estate development career in 1978 in multi-family housing in California, as founder of RS Investments; then founded Homestead Building Company in 1980, a general contractor, real estate development, investments and property management company; co-founded US Tel in 1992, a Los Angeles-based telecom company, taking it public before selling the company in three years; and co-founded Great American Management Group in 1994, a highly successful commerical development company headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.

Ronnie began his 35 year real estate development career with Homestead Capital Group, once named 7th largest residential builder in Southern California, per the LA Times. Ronnie, as a principal owner and founder, has developed over $3,000,000,000 in total commerical asset value. He and his companies have built over 500 new buildings, which include retail plazas, office buildings, medical buildings, assisted care facilities, single family homes, apartments, and storage facilities throughout the Western United States.

Ronnie is a philanthropist and supports various causes and non-profits internationally with a focus on ending hunger, veterans care and veteran housing.
